What’s for dinner tonight? Try this one…..it’s easy to prepare and cooks in less than 15 minutes!…..You’ll love it….
8 oz. chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. bread crumbs (ground)
1/4 tsp. of garlic and onion powder
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 eggs mixed with 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon
SAUCE:
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
Beat eggs and mix with chicken bouillon.
Combine chicken, olive oil, garlic and ground pepper. Marinate 30 minutes.
Combine bread crumbs and seasonings in shallow dish. Dip chicken in the eggs and roll in breadcrumb mixture. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a 10″ skillet….and preheat pan. When oil is hot, place chicken bites into the skillet and cook for approx. 6 minutes on each side. (watch out for a golden-brown color)
We prefer the 10″ Farberware skillet….( the model we are offering today on our site)
Meanwhile, combine the honey with the mustard……
When serving, dip nuggets into the sauce….( of course that’s optional)
Enjoy….and Hearty Appetite!
