¼ cup low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp lite mayonnaise

3 pieces from a clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp hot-pepper sauce (only if you like it spicy)
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

1. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on foil-lined baking sheet. Coat fish with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat broiler. Cook salmon approx. 10 to 12 minutes.
3. While fish is cooking, combine avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, (hot-pepper sauce) Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a food processor. 8 oz. chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. bread crumbs (ground)
1/4 tsp. of garlic and onion powder
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 eggs mixed with 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon
SAUCE:
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey

Beat eggs and mix with chicken bouillon.

Combine chicken, olive oil, garlic and ground pepper. Marinate 30 minutes.

Combine bread crumbs and seasonings in shallow dish. Dip chicken in the eggs and roll in breadcrumb mixture. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a 10″ skillet….and preheat pan. When oil is hot, place chicken bites into the skillet and cook for approx. 6 minutes on each side. (watch out for a golden-brown color)
We prefer the 10″ Farberware skillet….( the model we are offering today on our site)

Meanwhile, combine the honey with the mustard……

When serving, dip nuggets into the sauce….( of course that’s optional)

Enjoy….and Hearty Appetite!
