1 cup  strawberries, sliced
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. honey 
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Serving: Makes 3 cups
Suggestions:
Any fruit may be substituted in place of strawberries
Use &#8220;Low Fat&#8221; yogurt and &#8220;Low Fat&#8221; milk if you&#8217;re counting calories
